Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in dispatch, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other locations: 5–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

We may offer free shipping on select products, promotional offers, or order values from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Framify Arts is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.


Failed Delivery & Reattempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping. If available, delivery timelines and shipping charges will vary based on destination.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
