Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for returns, including:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
• Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at business@framify-arts.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

• Check your bank account again
• Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary

Shipping Returns

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
